Tasks and Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining a global framework for a quality development system for our programmes and providing a framework for monitoring and evaluation including regular reporting on global key performance
• Providing a platform for internal and external knowledge sharing and encouraging organisational learning
• Documenting the quality of SOS Children's Villages work internally and externally
Requirements: • University degree in social sciences or a professional degree in psychology, social-education, sociology or related course of study
• Training and experience in quality management
• Background in children's rights
• A minimum of five years of programme experience in the area of child and youth care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, good working knowledge of German
• Willing to travel
