In the presence of the Cambodian Prime Minister, Sam Dech Hun Sen, and a number of national and regional luminaries, SOS Children's Village President Helmut Kutin will open the second SOS Children's Village in Cambodia. SOS Children's Village Angkor-Siem Riep, located near the World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat, is already fully operational. A kindergarten, school and social centre are to follow.
