100 children and their SOS mothers have been living in SOS Children's Village Belén in the province of Concepción for more than a year already and it is now to be officially opened in the presence of President Helmut Kutin. This SOS Children's Village, Paraguay's sixth and located in one of the poorest parts of the country, also boasts an agricultural training centre and a much frequented mother child clinic with large maternity ward.
