The SOS Children's Village in Meulaboh in the province of Aceh Barat (West-Aceh), which was one of the mostly affected regions by the 2004 Tsunami, will be officially inaugurated on 25 June 2008. There are 15 family houses for up to 150 children. The SOS Kindergarten can hold 90 children.
