Treasury Coordinator – Back Office (f/m)

Location: International Office, Innsbruck/Austria

As a non-governmental social development organisation we support children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education, health and emergency relief, and we advocate for the rights of children and young people, in alliance with a great diversity of partners. We work in 135 countries and territories, reaching over one million children, young people, families and caregivers each year.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and check bank account information in REVAL (bank charges, cash position, balances)
  • Prepare sponsorship statements
  • Prepare and support audit preparation
  • Prepare and monitor transfers for Member Associations (e.g. enter manual payments, manage returns, acquire payment information)
  • Make sure that payment information are aligned, corrections need to be coordinated and documented
  • Technical diploma in a relevant subject area
  • Some experience in working with systems Reval/FRnow/Lucy; background knowledge in accounting (including system applications) is desirable
  • Good English and German skills
  • Basic MS Excel and accounting skills (UGB) as well as bank transaction management (payment service)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset, awareness of counterparty interests and needs
  • Applicants must hold a valid Austrian working permit or be eligible to work within the EU
