As part of this transition, we are exploring options to retain a limited number of functions and colleagues in Innsbruck, where operationally relevant. While we do not expect to maintain the current office premises, we are planning for a more flexible model — similar to how many colleagues already work remotely in locations where we do not operate formal offices. We expect a similar approach will apply for future roles based in Innsbruck, as part of our evolving way of working.

We fully acknowledge our deep roots in Innsbruck and Tyrol, where SOS Children’s Villages was founded in 1949. This legacy continues to inspire our mission today. The contributions of our colleagues in Innsbruck — past, present, and future — are deeply valued as we honour our origins and move forward with purpose.
