It is with sadness that I am writing today following the distressing news of a terrorist attack on your offices and compound in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Please know that our sympathies are with all the families of the brave Save the Children team members that lost their lives. Equally, those that survived the attack are in our thoughts; we are sure that your teams are mobilising to support their trauma and their healing.
Everyone at SOS Children’s Villages admires the work of Save the Children and we stand by you at this very difficult time.
