April 13 2021 - Roberto (23) was separated from his brother when he was placed in youth care. Now he joins SOS Children’s Villages Belgium in their efforts to keep siblings together. His testimony was presented to the federal parliament during a hearing in 2021 on a legal proposal to give siblings the right not to be separated.
