Of course providing your contact details is strictly voluntary. However, it can help us respond to your feedback or complaint in case additional information is needed. It also allows us to inform you of progress and answer your feedback or complaint. Any personal information we receive will only be seen by the members of our staff who require it in order to respond. The information may also be used for statistical analyses for reporting and management purposes. Limited personal information will be shared with member associations of our SOS Children’s Villages federation that are the subject of your feedback or complaint. In such a case, we will only disclose the information that is strictly required to process the feedback or complaint.
