SOS Children’s Villages works with children, families, local communities, governments, donors, and others to prevent family breakdown and to ensure the fulfilment of every child's right to family, protection, education and health care. We always strive to provide the highest quality care and support. In this regard, we recognise the importance of learning from the people, communities and partners we work with so we can constantly improve the quality of our work. We highly appreciate your feedback, complaints, or compliments on any of our services, actions and policies, including those of our partners and suppliers. Would you like to report a concern about a child's safety? Please use our child safety concern report form. Read more about our child safeguarding procedures. Would you like to report a concern about fraud or corruption? Our Anti-Fraud & Anti-Corruption Guideline describes the steps to be taken to report, investigate or respond to fraud and corruption allegations. Would you like to give feedback or report a concern about an international child or village sponsorship? Most feedback and complaints related to international child and village sponsorships are best dealt with by the SOS Children’s Villages Association where the sponsorship is registered. You can find a link to the national websites under “Choose a country”. If you would like to report a concern related to international child and village sponsorships to the International Office, please use our Feedback and Complaints form. For any other feedback or complaint, please click here. The feedback and complaints process is based on a working paper that was developed in consultation with various internal and external stakeholders. Currently, the procedures set out in the working paper are being piloted by the General Secretariat and six member associations. Based on the learnings from the pilots, the working paper will be updated in 2017 and rolled out to further member associations.
