Melike Bakici

Melike Bakici is the Interim Chief Operating Officer of SOS Children’s Villages International, appointed in June 2025. She has served as International Director of Finance and Controlling since June 2023, overseeing key functions including procurement, organization-wide financial systems and transformation. Melike brings more than 20 years of international experience across the non-profit and private sectors.
