SOS Children’s Villages works with children, families, local communities, governments, donors, and others to prevent family breakdown and to ensure the fulfilment of every child's right to family, protection, education and health care.

The feedback and complaints process is based on a working paper that was developed in consultation with various internal and external stakeholders. Currently, the procedures set out in the working paper are being piloted by the General Secretariat and six member associations. Based on the learnings from the pilots, the working paper will be updated in 2017 and rolled out to further member associations.
